Mt. Joy
Mt. Joy is a folk rock band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, formed in 2016. The band is composed of Matt Quinn (lead vocals, guitar), Sam Cooper (guitar, backing vocals), Michael Byrnes (bass guitar, backing vocals), and Soham De (drums, percussion).
Their self-titled debut album was released in June 2017 to critical acclaim. The album peaked at number two on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart, and number nine on the Top Rock Albums chart. The band has toured extensively in support of the album, including performances at the Bonnaroo Music Festival, Lollapalooza, and Austin City Limits Music Festival.
