Rainbow Kitten Surprise
Rainbow Kitten Surprise is an American indie rock band from Boone, North Carolina, formed in 2013. The band consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Sam Melo, drummer Jess Haney, keyboardist and bassist Darrick Keller, and guitarist and percussionist Ethan Goodpaster. Their music has been described as “a blend of indie rock, hip-hop, electronica, and R&B.”
The band has released three studio albums, Seven, RKS, and How to: Friend, Love, Freefall, and one EP, Mary. They have performed at various music festivals, including Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and Governor’s Ball.
